"Jungle Road"
stained glass on wedi; 24" x 18"

"Jungle Road" emerged in progress.  I have a fondness for textured glass, and I began the piece by juxtaposing different glass.  As the image developed, I realized I was creating an image of the road which separates our home near Puerto Morelos, Mexico, with the town itself.  This road cuts through the protected mangrove jungle which surrounds Puerto Morelos.  It is a curvy, colorful road.
